Warranty

 

This product is covered by limited 3-month parts replacement warranty, and a limited 6-month manufacturer’s warranty on the engine. The manufacturer warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of labor. TTC Motorsports Ltd. will warrant that this product will be free from material defects under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. If a defective unit or part is returned to TTC Motorsports Ltd. and if TTC Motorsports Ltd. determines the part(s) are defective, TTC Motorsports Ltd. will replace the parts at no cost to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to pay all shipping fees. Warranty is not transferable. If the unit is assembled, the customer understands that they have NOT undergone a complete inspection or PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection). Extended warranty offer covers defective parts replacement only. Manufacturer warranty is void if used by anyone exceeding recommended aged and/or weight.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

- Normal wear and tear caused by using the unit under normal driving conditions.

- Normal maintenance that should be provided to the unit.

- Deterioration caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, unsuitable attachments, over loading or straining, neglect, poor maintenance or repairs, abnormal use, or abuse.

- A vehicle that has not been operated in a reasonable and prudent manner.

- Water damage from power washing or driving through deep water submerging the engine

-Damaged cause during assembly

 

This warranty is invalid if:

The vehicle is repaired, serviced, dismantled, adjusted, or modified by any person other than a licensed mechanic. This does not include customer assembly, assembly adjustments (see safety inspection below), and basic general maintenance. The vehicle is not operated and maintained as recommended in the owner's manual.

The following parts are not covered under the warranty:

- Tires

- Brake pads, Rotors, Shoes and Calipers

- Body Parts and Upholstery

- Batteries

- Clutches or Drive Belts

- Seats and Fenders

- Chains / Belts

- Spark plugs

- Starter Motors / Pull Start Assembly

- The engine is submerged under water

Warning!

 

All our products are for off-road use only. They are never to be used on any public Streets, sidewalks, highways or alleys. They can ONLY be used on private property. You must adhere to your local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.

 

 

Minimum driving age: The minimum age for operating off-highway vehicles on public land or highways is 14 years where permitted. If you are younger than 14 years, you may operate on public land with supervision by someone 18 years of age or older who is either on the same off-highway vehicle or in proximity.  (Off-Highway Vehicle Regulation, Section 2.) If operating on private property, no age restriction applies. TTC Motorsports Ltd strongly recommends constant direct adult supervision for children under 16 years of age.
Remember, these are powerful products that require continuous maintenance to ensure your safety and the longevity of your product. You should have some mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain these products.

 

Inspection - Prior to your first use, you must go through this checklist

 

You should also go over these steps prior to each use.

  • Read your owner’s manual thoroughly.

  • Inspect ALL nuts and bolts to ensure that they are fastened tightly. Nuts and bolts may come loose due to normal vibration.

  • Ensure that the throttle and cable are working properly.

  • Inspect your product thoroughly to ensure that there are no broken or damaged parts.

  • Ensure that the brakes are working properly.

  • Check the chain tension and alignment. Your chain should be lubricated and adjusted after each use.

  • Check to see if your handle bars are secured tightly.

  • Check tire pressure.

  • Check the engine oil on all 4 stroke engines. Change the oil at regular intervals. USE SYNTHETIC 5w30 IN WINTER.

  • For two stroke engines, ensure that you use the required gas/oil mixture.

  • You should always ALWAYS wear the appropriate safety equipment. This should include helmets, knee and elbow pads, gloves, long pants, long sleeve shirts and ankle high shoes.

  • For ATV’s, it is recommended that you purchase a 12 Volt trickle charge battery charger as the batteries may discharge.

  • NEVER attempt to start the machine when it is frozen. This will cause battery drain and may damage the starter.

  • NEVER pressure wash your machine.

  • NEVER SUBMERGE THE ENGINE IN WATER

TTC Motorsports Ltd. will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by the owner or operator neglecting to maintain their product as above.

 

Liability

There are inherent dangers to using motorized products. The purchaser shall use the products at their own risk. TTC Motorsports Ltd. will not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, or injury due to the direct or indirect use, misuse or abuse, of any product purchased from our company, including any malfunction.

 

Although there are no uniform legal age restrictions for the use of these motorized products, we recommend that only individuals of legal age use any of the products sold by TTC Motorsports Ltd. Children may use products only under adult supervision. Check with your local authorities for area specific rules and regulations. Adult guardian assumes all responsibilities associated with the use of these products by minors. Customers understand that the use of these products can cause injury or death. To prevent it, we strongly recommend the use of the safety equipment such as helmet and knee pads. The user holds Seller and his agents harmless from any liability. Purchaser obtains her/his own insurance.

 

Warning! Motorcycle, ATV, and Kart riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and/or damages incurred as a result of Purchasers participation in product riding activity.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS.
